Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Streak Surge Pack and other paid digital items on StreakFeed.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Digital goods
Streak Surge Pack delivers instant digital consumables (boosts) to your StreakFeed account. Delivery is automatic after successful payment. You must be signed in so boosts are credited to the correct account.
2. Refund eligibility
- 14-day window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s review.
- Unused boosts: If boosts from the pack have not been consumed, refunds are more likely to be approved.
- Used boosts: If you have used part or all of the pack, we or Paddle may offer a partial refund or decline the request, since the digital content was delivered.
- Duplicate charges: Contact us immediately if you were charged twice for the same pack.
3. How to request a refund
- Find your Paddle receipt email (from paddle.net).
- Use the “Manage subscription” / receipt link, or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund.
- Alternatively, email support@streakfeed.app with your transaction ID and account email — we will coordinate with Paddle.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 3–14 business days depending on your bank.
4. Game issues
If you paid but boosts did not appear, contact support@streakfeed.app first — we will fix your account before considering a refund.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.

El proceso de pedido lo realiza nuestro revendedor online Paddle.com. Paddle.com es el Merchant of Record de todos los pedidos. Paddle gestiona consultas de clientes y devoluciones.
1. Bienes digitales
El pack entrega consumibles digitales (boosts) al instante en tu cuenta. Debés iniciar sesión para que se acrediten correctamente.
2. Elegibilidad
- 14 días: podés solicitar reembolso dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra, según la ley aplicable y la revisión de Paddle.
- Sin usar: si no consumiste los boosts, es más probable que aprueben el reembolso.
- Ya usados: si usaste parte o todo el pack, puede haber reembolso parcial o denegación.
- Cargos duplicados: contactanos de inmediato.
3. Cómo solicitar
- Buscá el email de recibo de Paddle (paddle.net).
- Usá el enlace del recibo o visitá paddle.net → Request refund.
- O escribinos a support@streakfeed.app con el ID de transacción.
4. Problemas con el juego
Si pagaste y no aparecieron los boosts, escribinos primero — arreglamos tu cuenta antes de un reembolso.
5. Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política. La fecha arriba indica la versión vigente.
